image upload

I'm trying to make a new map, having just signed up for the free
version.
I've been trying to upload an image to use at map and continue to get
an error.

Both jpg and png formats have been used. The file size is under 5MB.

I am getting the same error message and have used the "contact us" form on your website---waiting to hear back!  Was this ever resolved?

Whenever I try to upload a custom image I still get an error message. I've tried different accounts and images. The pictures I've used were both .jpg and .png and also less than 40MB. Is there a way to solve this problem?
