E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

应该已经修正了，参照 http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/help/#gitlab-ce 这里再试一下吧～

经测试已经可以正常工作了,不过help里面
curl https://packages.gitlab.com/gpg.key 2> /dev/null | apt-key add - &>/dev/null
应该修改为
curl https://packages.gitlab.com/gpg.key 2> /dev/null | sudo apt-key add - &>/dev/null
