some problems with gleval.pl

Happy Halloween,

However, I am encountering some problems with test my own results.

First, if I set maximum gain value = 100, error is reported like that: format error on line 101 of "xxxxx";

Second, I change maximum gain value=200, the number of IDCG is so large that nDCG nearly becomes  0

Are there any errors in gleval.pl?

Its my careless to cause such problems. I made a mistake of the input file.
