Had some work done on my 2003 DSO4 and I think they put the wiring back incorrectly on the set of three 12volt switch group immediately on your left as you enter the coach.  The switches are marked from left to right as Step Lights, Step Power, and Master Switch.  The wiring attached to the switches in the same left to right order is Red/White, Green/White, and Yellow/White.  All the 12volt lighting etc. in the coach is not working.  I blamed it on the 17 year old switches.  I installed new switches to no avail.  When I used a 12volt continuity tester, the only switch with power when the switches were all in the off position was the Red/White wiring (Step Lights).  When I used the tester to bring to touch the Red/White wire to the Green wire on the Step Power switch with the switch turned on, the step lights came on.  When I used the tester to touch the Red/White wire on the Step Lights switch and the Yellow wire on the Master switch, nothing happened.  Later I realized the door was open and the stairs extended and wished I had shut the door to see if the stairs would retract.  Anyway, does anyone have the time to check the wiring order on the group of switches just inside the entrance by the co-pilot seat.   Thanks in advance...  FYI, I'm the original owner.

There should be power to the master switch check fuses in the compartment that houses the inverter, slide controllers, etc. There should be a small fuse block where power to the master switch originates. If you had told me the master switch didn't turn on power I would blame the solenoid in that compartment. Not being there makes thorough troubleshooting difficult BUT the wire with 12 volts is most likely the one that should be in the master switch, if the fuse is not blown.
