Using xmlrpclib to run a report

Could someone please advise me as to how to use xmlrpclib to run Trac reports ?

I am already using xmlrpclib to successfully execute calls to ticket.query(), but I would also like to be able to run existing reports.

From a previous forum thread I was under the impression that there is (was ?) a report.get() method, but this no longer seems to be available.

I don't see anywhere in the codebase that supports executing reports. There is an open feature request:
