Is there a way to get all the IDs of existing Taxonomies, Ontologies, etc via API?

From ADS JS: 

tbs.assetCollections()

As web service: 

curl -X 'GET' \ 'http://localhost:8083/tbl/service/_/tbs/assetCollections' \ -H 'accept: application/json'

This returns the collections accessible by the current user.
