Filter tiddlers by whether the text field has something typed into it

Is there a way to filter tiddlers to distinguish between those that have text typed into the text field, and those thathave an empty text field?

will list only tiddlers that have an empty text field

<$list filter="[!text[]] "/>

will list only tiddlers that have text typed into the field
