Where to fish this Friday.- seeking advice

Inexperienced fly fisherman here with vacation days to take, thinking of taking off this Friday.  

Would very much appreciate suggestions of where might be good, fairly close to DC.  Possibility/ probability of actually catching something much more important than species.
