Fly tiers, want Samoyed hair?

Alright, my chance to give a (very) little back. Our dog is a Samoyed mix, with the double coat inherent to the breed. He sheds like a monster, and Samoyed hair is even used for knitting sweaters. I could bring some to a beer tie if anyone wants. Just let me know.

I'll give it a try, Carl. I've used hair from cocker spaniels and welsh corgis thus far. They work well blended with other stuff for nymphs.

Yeah, hey Carl -- if the offer still stands and the dog has enough I'll try some.  Why not?  I don't want to die wondering what it would be like to tie with the fur from someone's dog.
