Fletcher's and white perch oh my

Just looked at Mike Bailey's 2014 pics on his Fletcher's Google site and someone caught a nice mess of perch. That was some good clam lipping! Don't know if I used that properly in a sentence since I still don't know what the #{!! clam lipper means.

Mike, who caught those guys?
