Casting Church Sunday Nov 10th

Hey everyone,

We will be holding our Monthly Casting Church at Fletchers Boathouse on Sunday November 10th from 8am to 11am.

For those of you who don't know, Casting Church is free and designed to help members hone their casting skills , or introduce people to the sport altogether. Some of the most experienced instructors In the area volunteer their time each month!

Whether your a very experienced caster looking to take your casting to the next level , or its your first time out, we've got room for you. We meet at Fletcher's Boat House in D.C at the back of the lower parking lot.

Any instructors out there who would be willing to help are most welcome! Beginners are also always welcome. Don't worry If you don't have a rod I always have a few extra!

In addition to our single hand instructors, Regan B. will be there teaching all things Spey!

We are going to have a large contingent of instructors, so we look forward to having people come out. If there is anything you want to work on, let us know.

Great work today everyone! We had 7 casters today and were able to cover a wide array of content. Keep up the good work!

Looks like a lot of fun, and a great challenge--do you think you'll repeat sexyloops in December?

We will be definitely continue utilizing this as a guideline, probably with some modifications.

We focused on the first few tasks, (primarily focusing on the dominant hand side) and then set up a course of 20', 30' and 40' targets and did accuracy casts and some distance casts.
