Hello, how i can to delete/remove a bug?

Hi, Mariana,

I'm rally sorry for the delay of reply.

To delete a bug, you need be an administrator, and go to the bug's form view, and then you can click "More" menu at the top right above the bug.  From where you will find "delete bug" menu item.

Mariana,

You can ask current admins in your group to go to TheBugTrack admin page, and then click "Roles" tab, and scroll to the bottom.  From there, she can assign you as Admin user in TheBugTrack.

we don't have an admin here in the company.
I'm shoud be the admin person.

I'm did what you said, it doesn't work! 
We don't have the option to delete.
You know, it's very frustrating to be unable to use the software that we paid for it.
Please let me know how to fix it rapidly.
