call script on incoming call

Dear Alexei,

would it be possible to call a script on an incoming call passing along the phone number as a variable? The AppleScript or shell script could call Safari to open up a web page with customer info, open up my CRM tool or do any other magic. Important would be to call the script at ring time, not only at off hook time.

Is there any update on this? 
I like Telephone, and need a way to pop a URL based on the Caller Number.

It would be so great if there is way to make this happen!

Hello Peter,

Right now I’m working on the call history feature. Adding a call hook is in pretty high priority after that.
