Raffle Draw

H iI was just wondering if a date and venue had been confirmed for the draw.  There was some talk of Saturday 25th March -  I wont be around that weekend but could drop off tickets and money before,

If there are any update so this, would be good to know.

Hi all,

I have spoken with Seamus and will lock in 5:30pm Sunday 26 March unless there is any protestation.  I thought Sunday might be better after all, given people might like to travel over the weekend and most will come back to Vientiane that night.  Please tell me before 8:30pm tongiht if that causes any greater difficulties compared to Saturday.

Then I'll create a facebook event tonight for you to invite friends, and will get details from Seamus for a dinner menu.

Could all raffle tickets please be returned tomorrow.  Return to VIS Guard house.  There is a bag at the guard house labelled Team Dai Raffle to collect money and tickets.

I will not be here on the weekend.  I need to give the tickets and money to someone on Thursday.

Also we need someone to collect the bike from Vientiane College.

There is a brown bag with Team Dai written on it, at the Guard House. If you can give it to the guard they will know what to do with it.

Sorry for the time constraint as I will not be here tomorrow.  If it is an issue, let me know and I will ask Bryndis to collect it.
