Terminal quit unexpectedly

I am new to this group (and TASSEL in general) and was wondering if anyone can help me.

I have had this problem twice now where during SNP discovery, the terminal window quits unexpectedly.  It runs for a while then a while into it, the terminal quits.  The first time I thought I might not be allowing enough memory. I am running it on a MacBook Pro with a 2.8 GHz processor and 16 GM Memory.  I have set the maximum memory in the run_pipeline.pl to $java_mem_max_default = "-Xmx12g"

The problem report for the Terminal is attached.

Looks like a null pointer dereference caused by Terminal... TASSEL shouldn't be able to do that (though I wouldn't bet my paycheck on it). One quick way to narrow down the problem or work around it might be to try using a different terminal application. iTerm2 is pretty good. Sorry I can't be of more help.

Thanks, it turned out not to be a TASSEL problem.  I contacted APPLE and I had some files in my LAUNCH agents and LAUNCH Daemons library that were causing the problem.  When I removed these files, TASSEL ran perfectly.  Thanks for trying.
