Possibly to do, yes. But, not automatically.

Simple answer, you can't.

Hard answer, use Titanium Backup or similar, which requires a rooted device. But restoring Tasker data with Titanium Backup has frequently been demonstrated to not work very well. In short, it's not worth the trouble.

okay... will it be possible in future to send new 'rules'
(tasks/profiles) to tasker by normal file manager (without
deleting/restoring the other tasks completely)

background: i have more than one phone where tasker is installed. and
all phones should have the same tasks/profiles. so if i add a new one
its at the moment much work for me to update all phones with tasker
installed

Don't know. But you can export and import individual tasks and profiles now, so it's not necessary to only use the userbackup or autobackup files to copy them another device. It just isn't automatic.

but also for importing/exporting individual tasks i need an sd card and
i need to use the official function of tasker app, or?

for me it would be really great just to copy/paste some files through
file manager without using directly tasker app

You can automate the file syncing process using something similar to Dropbox and apps like FolderSync. No SD card needed. But you can't automate the export and import process.

I have been wanting to add auto-imports into the UI for a while, but it would need a manager
dialog to manage conflicts etc and will take a lot of time to implement.
