I am currently running the latest Tasker and the latest app factory (from the play store, but I've tried the download version too.)

When I try to export as an app, I enter a package name (us.aveni.tasker.notifications) but the export fails with the message "Error: sorry, export failed."

I have logging enabled, so the next time I open tasker, I see what happened. Following is the stacktrace from the export:

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Mark

I've never seen that particular error before. Sorry, very difficult to say anything other than it's a problem with an image,
most likely an app image. If you've specified an app icon anywhere in the data you're exporting, try changing it.

Thanks; I'll take a look. The source for app factory isn't open, is it? I wouldn't mind digging through github or the like to try to figure this out, and submit a pull request if I can fix it.

Thank you,

Well, you nailed it. I changed an icon to something else and then back, and it's fine.

Thanks!
