only one simulation output

Dear friends,

I am trying to calibrate a watershed with an inlet and an outlet. After successfully running the first iteration with one simulation I am trying to do so with 5 simulations and a higher number of parameters. The calibration is successful  but most of the outputs are not created. In goal.txt only one simulation is saved, with an NSE with negative value but close to zero, but the second one shows up without performance measure (NSE), and no other simulation is saved (goal.png and goal.txt), even though all simulations seemed to run well.

I have been trying for the last days, checked thoroughly the SWAT-CUP manual,  Dr. Abbaspour videos, this google group, and google search. I have tried every solution I found, but to the best of my ability I have not been able to get through this.

To save time, some of the tips I found for this problem and applied are:
- I checked the observed.txt and, as far as I have seen others do, I think it is ok with only 5 missing values within the series that have been removed from the sequential order before including them in their respective places.
- I have changed the column of FLOW_OUT since I was not sure that it was the 7th column in output.rch, but I think it is in fact the 7th column.
- I also tried running the model with 500 simulations, I'm doing now only 5 to be able to try faster.

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this, please! Find attached the input and output files.

Thanks,
Enrique

Have you check criteria for how to mention the warm up period, while running the calibration and validation in SWAT CUP

Thanks for the advice. Yes, I have checked the warm up period in both SWAT and SWAT CUP, but if you happen to see something wrong with it, please let me know. I haven´t separated the data into calibration and validation subsets yet, since I´m still trying to make it work during calibration.

Thanks,
Enrique

Yes, that's good advice, thank you. I didn't mention before that I had also tried with the newest released and debug SWAT versions. I am currently using the release SWAT Rev. 681.

Did replacing the swat.exe file work for you?
