Hi guys,

today I used the Codegen for Java. I take a look at the dependencies. They are very old an update will be very nice to integrate the code in a good way in new Projects with current dependencies.

Okay, and what do you mean by old dependencies?

I mean that, the dependencies of okhttp are old. okhttp3 is online for a while and it is not integrated in the codegen.

I see. The online codegen isn’t always up to date with the latest changes in the open source.

Take a look at what swagger-codegen provides directly. If you think anything should be changed/updated, you can easily make the changes in the templates yourself, and we always appreciate PRs.
