Problème d'importation

Bonjour, je suis utilisateur de SUBSURFACE depuis plusieurs années pour RATION iX3M Tech+ sur WIN7.

Je viens de m'installer un nouveau PC WIN 11, je n'arrive pas à connecter mon ordinateur. Message : Impossible d'ouvrir COM3 Ratio . Je n'ai pas d'autre port COM dans la liste déroulante.

Bonjour,

J'ai bien installé Toolbox.

WIN11 ne disposant pas nativement de port COM, je l'ai émulé en utilisant un outils Microsoft pour installer des fonctions antérieures.

I'm not sure what you mean here. If you have installed the driver, a COM port
will be created automatically. There is no need to emulate anything. Or are you
trying to setup a virtual serial port for the bluetooth communication? That's
indeed possible (depending on which Ratio dive computer you have) but also not
needed.

It would help if you enable the "Save libdivecomputer logfile" checkbox in the
subsurface download dialog, and send this log after trying to download dives
from your dive computer. Without this debug information we have absolutely no
idea what went wrong.
