Hi,

I've got a Cressi Giotto and its compatible PC-Link hardware ("the cradle", so to speak).
It still can't seem to download at all. (Errors and settings are attached in photos below).
Does anyone know what went wrong here? Did I pick the right mount point? (To be honest, I've tried all three options, none seemed to work)

Help?

Please check "save" options for both logfile and dumpfile before trying to download dives. And then, please share them here.
It's really hard to tell anything based on just error pop-up window.

Please make sure you DC is in PCLINK mode when you try. It actually doesn't stay in it for long time. If you hear beep, it mean DC timed out and you'll not download anything.
Also, please make sure sensors are aligned properly. It's IrDA device and proper placement required.

Ah, my bad! You're absolutely correct - the DC was improperly placed on the cradle.

To future readers, you may want to check that the three buttons on the watch are lined up with the small T-bar that sticks out.
(It's really not that obvious to me - one would have thought you'd just place it face down on the cradle since the surface is just a flat circle)

Perhaps the software could be made to have a more descriptive error message. :-)

Thanks again for the suggestion!
