Can't run CLUMPP please help!

Hi,

I'm struggling trying to run CLUMPP on my Mac (Mavericks). I'm using the output from Structure Harvester (indfile) and I have checked the formatting of the paramfile. I keep getting the error:

Error: Unable to read value in indfile ''K2.indfile''
Please check the indfile and the value at row 716 and column 1.

Note: this problem could also be caused by giving any of
the parameters R, K and C the wrong number.

There is nothing out of order at row 716 as far as I'm aware. If anyone could please give me a hand I would really appreciate it, attached both files.

Virginia -

You set the number of runs to 10, when in fact you have only 5 runs.  Also, you had set the searching method to be '1' (Full search), which can be computationally very intensive.  I would change that to '2'.  See the attached archive.

I've checked the paramfile and made sure that R,K, and C are correct and even checked the indifile, row 1 and column 4, but I can't seem to figure out the problem. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kelcie -

The problem is in column#4 of the INDFILE.  This number designates the population/location number.  Your individuals belong to either '0' or '2' in that column.  Change the '0' to '1' and CLUMPP should work.
