Back to the question of lint calling out dialog snippets that do not end in commas: what exactly is the rule here? I'm finding a lot of things that it missed. E.g.

I'm finding these with a simple search for `[a-z]” `, and skipping things that are obviously not dialog (most hits are). Should I go ahead and add commas to all of these?

Remember to include the series metadata in content.opf.

I also saw that there were many instances of words that were stretched
out with a dash. Dashes used for that should be the no-break hyphen,
U+2011. You usually have to insert those on your own as you proofread.
