 I am trying implementing this paper but i got the problem on sending HELLO packets. and TWO hops neighbor collection

What Android devices are you using?

Requirements:
- Root access
- Kernel which supports wireless extensions (wext)
- Wireless device driver which supports ad-hoc mode (Broadcom works well)

Supported devices:

- ASUS Transformer Prime TF201 (custom kernel)
- ASUS Nexus 7 (custom kernel)

The custom kernels can be installed using ClockworkMod Recovery. Download them here:

sir, I am using lg p690 model in this model no need to custom kernel installation. its working properly  i check it. sir, in this give code i not found hello message and  retransmission of of data packets.

I believe you need to make your modifications to the OLSR code, not the MANET Manager Android app code. Look here:
