Could anyone explain why emails I flag in iOS shows up in Mail OSX but not the other way around?  When I look at Mail on iPhone or iPad all the flagged Mail from my Mac Mini is not there.
Am I missing something?

Thanks.

Are you using an IMAP account on the iPhone as well as on OS X? Also are the emails recent or quite old?

Hi Sam,

As far as I am aware I am using IMAP on my iPhone.   I only use iCloud / Mail on any devices. I do everything via iCloud. The flagged emails are all recent.

That'll be IMAP then yes. Maybe try switching Mail off and on again in the iCloud preferences on the phone.

Sorry, nothing has changed after trying your suggestion. Turned iPhone on/off.

I finally have my answer. If you move Flagged emails out of Inbox in OSX they will not show up in iOS. Got there eventually.
