What process are you going though to get to that error? Are you going via a Service Provider first?

Good morning,

We are having the exact same issue when attempting to login from Google Drive App. We are going using AD as well.

Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Eric

Good afternoon,

I have been able to track down what is causing our problem but no solution. When a attempts to use Google Drive app or click through another site, it is attempting to use Googles openID. This passes a huge string of info back to SimpleSamlPHP that it doesn't wnat to work with.

We have not found a way around this but did find the problem.

Hello All,
We've been dealing with this error for a while.

Actually I've determined that it's not really a problem with the application so much as it is with the user.

What I am finding is that a user who requires the SHIFT key at the end of their password is holding the SHIFT key also when they are pressing ENTER, and it leads directly to this error. It might be that this error also comes as a result of something else, but this has been my experience.

I can confirm this on my end and would like to see of others can also.

Hi JC,

Can you confirm what browser (and platform) this was observed on?

Thanks,

Yes sorry, key piece -- We use Chrome almost exclusively as our SSO sits in front of Google Apps for Edu.

I tested Firefox and IE and am not able to replicate the issue.

So am I! The problem occurs on IE, not Firefox..
This tells me that it is a browser-related problem, probably something regarding a huge string being returned to the browser.

Has anyone been able to solve this?
