What is the simplest way to handle pagging with ormlite?

I checked cmd.Select<PipelineView>( plv => plv.iUserID == 1  ).Skip(0).Take(5) but this is run localy and not applied to the sql query sent to the db.

One other thing how can I trace ormlite's generated sql(see it in the command/output window)?
