Hi SDRuby;
I created at the request of Circus Records/ Flux Pavilion, a live concerts audio/video e-commerce platform which we successfully offered downloads of live shows from his last 2012 Standing on a Hill concert tour.  I now want to rebrand the platform to the new ShowBurn name, and create a backend so that bands / movie / fashion / fun content creators can prepare and then post up their audio and video content, add whatever event details they want and to turn on or off advertising, social interfacing, etc.  I would ultimately like to be able to add streaming and aggregate the content to YouTube channels and automate that.  The ads revenue would optionally be shared with the content creators.  A system for tracking sales/rev share is in place but needs to be worked into the backend too.

Someone with e-commerce XML and user generated content experience would be good.  We can take baby steps.  But ultimately it's a big project.  Immediate need is to move the existing platform to the cloud.  Project repository is on Github.  Can we start there?

I believe this can be a winner.  The timing is now.  It's a startup with limited resources.  I'm looking for a dev partner (some pay) preferably SD based.  I have a pitch deck for investors that's pretty cool.  We can work out the details for the right person(s).

Any interest out there?

Thanks,

Dey Martin

Hi Dey,

I know its a bit late, but I'm interested in this project. Do you want to talk more on gchat? I'm a ROR developer who will be moving to San Diego very soon.

Best,
Jordan
