I'm working on discovery project for my client and I'm evaluating 5.8.29 (Open Source Edition) version of Scalr for them. The client has bunch of servers running in Amazon VPC and some of them have private static IP addresses. Is it possible to assign these static addresses to Farm Role in Scalr?

Support for ENIs re-usage (what will allow you to have static private IPs) is planned for Q4 2014.

Igor

Sounds good. Is this schedule the same for open source and hosted editions?

Anyone know if scalr released ENIs (private static IP addresses) yet?
