Just called Raheja's customer support ppl, and i was told that they will get the OC in next two months. 2 month have now become two years.

They are simply fooling us..and issue is we can't do much ..just keep believing their baseless promises..

I think these customer support girls are paid only for giving routing parrot like answers without any logic so no point in wasting time by calling them . As per my observation , I think that there is some govt. restriction on giving OC without getting govt. electricity and water supply  (After Atharva owner escalated to various forum even to PMO) and that will take some time . Even its good for us to get OC only after getting basic amenity at govt. rate instead of paying unreasonable maintenance . 

I think now there is more pressure on builder also and as far as things are progressing even at lower pace we should wait (at least till december). 

People from navodaya group have also filed court case against them and as per my last visit they are working on completion of park , club and other decorative stuff but at lower pace.  

Considering current market situation , builder can't launch new project in at least next 2 years so they have to count on existing project by delivering and extorting more  money from us :) so I think we need to stay tuned and i am sure something postive will happen in early next year .
