generate devel job for private repo

Hi

I'm new to CI and I'm trying to deploy this buildfarm on my private repo. 

I setup the deployment already.

But when I run the ros_buildfarm_config. It didn't generate any devel job.

I looked into devel_job.py, configure_devel_jobs().

It seems that it can only config repo, listed in the rosdistro, right?

And I'm also concerned that I don't have a dedicated repo server. And everything is on github or bitbucket. Will this deployment/buildfarm still work?

Hi Xiongyi,

the ROS build farm is configured based on the entries in the rosdistro. If you want to use it for custom repositories you can create a forked rosdistro and have arbitrary repositories listed in there.

In order to have devel jobs your distribution file must reference at least one build file (https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm_config/blob/e73925e54d0af5d043b62d3a065af5615cbcfedf/index.yaml#L36-L37) and this build file must match at least one repository with a source entry (https://github.com/ros-infrastructure/ros_buildfarm_config/blob/master/kinetic/source-build.yaml).
