Hello,

I am currently developing an Application that use RoomoRama API, and I am always getting Blocked and i have to create another Account to continue developing
Can anyone tell me what are the reasons to get blocked and how to avoid it.

Hi Youssef,

Your account is probably getting deactivated because of inactivity (inquiries that do not get responded to).
We currently have a fix for this issue out on our development branch which automatically re-activates accounts when they perform an action through the API. This should be part of our next release which is due early next week.
Please don't hesitate to let me know if this doesn't solve your issue.
Could I by any chance get the login data for one of your blocked accounts so that I can verify that the issue you're having is indeed the one we're writing a fix for?

It seems that account was deleted in our system. We're investigating what could have caused this.
It doesn't seem to be related to the issue we fixed last week though so I'll keep you updated on what we find.
PS: you should probably change your password for this account now that you've posted it here :p
