upgraded to reviewboard 1.7.28 (from 1.7.27)

Everything looks good except when running
rb-site manage /path/to/site condensediffs

Processing 210351 diffs for duplicates...

This may take a while. It is safe to continue using Review Board while this is

Jason,

This is a bug that slipped in (a Python 2.6 incompatibility). We got a fix in for 2.0.x but it never made it to the 1.7.x branch. We'll get a fix in for the next point release.

I'm not sure what you mean. David is the one that says will work on it in the next point release. If you encountered the same issue in a different build/version maybe you should post the details of the issue here (or in a new thread) with snippet of the log. I moved to a different project for more than a year now and we are not using reviewboard so I am no longer up to date with what is going on.
