Ldap configuration getting an error

Hi Team,

 

Review board,2.0.6  is installed on Ubuntu 14.0.4 

Then logged into as a admin in review board 

Clicked on authentication, attached screen shots

Pls let me know where i wrong

First thing to try would be unchecking "Use TLS for authentication".
You're using ldaps:// for the LDAP URI, and a lot of LDAP servers will
not accept a STARTTLS request while on an LDAPS connection.

Even i uncheck of TLS authentication is not working
