Phantom Review in My Dashboard?

Here's something I haven't seen before, and I'm not really sure how to describe it.

As a normal part of our workflow I was sent a review. However, I got two emails about it, and when I looked at My Dashboard, it reports I have two requests. I processed the one that I could see, and when I was done, there's still one there. If you look at the screenshot you can see that it registers as clickable, but clicking does nothing.

The source shows the row's td class as "datagrid-empty", if that helps.

Any thoughts about how I can make this phantom review go away?

Hi Jamie,

It looks like there's actually zero review requests in the dashboard, but that the counter is just wrong. We cache counters rather than recomputing every time the dashboard is viewed, and there have been some bugs in the past. Since you're running Review Board 3.0.3, you're likely hitting one of these bugs. This should go away if upgrading to the newer releases, and counters can also be reset globally through:

    rb-site manage /path/to/sitedir fixreviewcounts

(That requires administrator access on the server.)

The command worked, which is great. At some point I’m sure we’ll upgrade, but it’s nice to be able to fix it in the mean time.
