jMeter and Management Server 11

Hi,

we would like to analyze performance changes between the same CMS project, before and after changes.

I would like to measure the loading time of SmartEdit Pages, and automatically simulate clicks on RedDots.

Therefore I have testet jMeter (http://jmeter.apache.org).

Unfortunately I'm not able to bypass the Log-in procedure.

Do anybody have a ready configured jMeter profile?

Hi,

if you are not required to use jMeter I suggest to try Fiddler for this purpose. Especially, if you do not need to configure different users, I found it very easy to build testcases for the CMS with it.

Fiddler is a very nice tool, but a licensed Product. 

Only for a small scope I am not able to justify the costs.

If I would like to run a scripted Telerik Job every 10 minutes, I suppose I need the licensed product.

It’s a fact that I should give Telerik a try.

Hi Dorin,

Unfortunately I still don't know which fiddler you mean. The telerik fiddler is free of charge. You can create all custom tests with the included scripting engine for free. There is no license you can buy for this.
