Recaptcha won't accept correct value

I created a form and included a recaptcha field using my public and private keys. The form loads correctly, but when you enter the correct value for the captcha it always kicks back an error to try the captcha again so the form does not submit. I have verified that the keys are correct and the captcha image loads / reloads fine. It just doesn't accept any entry.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Same here. I've had reCaptcha work on one of our sites for the last year or so. As of 2 days ago, it no longer works. (incorrect sol no matter what)

Any hints why this is happening? the keys were created by me. Does the keys have any validity period?

Hey... Same here even I am not able to validate correct captcha and this thing is intermittent.
This is not working since 19th  March.

Well at this point we have paying customers who are flooding our phones with legit complaints that their ReCaptcha images are never matching what they type.

Upgrading to the new API solves the problem, but a bit of a heads-up would have been nice, if the old API is no longer supported!

I am having the same problem as all above posts.  I am trying to share a video to a number of friends...the ReCaptcha, correctly entered a zillion times, just keeps telling me I am in error and need to enter the correct new ReCaptcha image !!!  I don't know what API is, but I do know that I am frustrated !  What to do ???

I can hope, too. But in the mean time, I got rid of reCAPTCHA and went with an alternative:)

We cannot risk these problems and also face the risk of potential offensive words popping up on our site, as another poster experienced.

In my opinion the Google reCaptcha fallback is also not working correctly. Everytime the fallback should be shown there is no widget shown to me. My collegue does see the fallback. Strange.

I'm glad we stopped using Recaptcha months ago. It looks like we're not missing out on anything.
