Long shot but anyone with a 59 MUSA Homer Hilsen interested in talking about a trade deal for a 60 blue Rambouillet? Love the frame but wanting more tire clearance.

Wish I had a trade that you would be interested in, would be happy to be generous if you were open to selling the Rambouillet.

If you're jonesing for a Rambouillet, I have an original orange, fancy-lugged 62 that I just don't ride much anymore. It's in really good condition. I would love for it to find a good home and am willing to make a deal.

Jay, you think you'd be up to trade the frame for a near-new 61 Roadini frame? Maybe a long shot (literally - I'm in Louisiana) but I'm looking for just slightly shorter chainstays and the ability to run 35s with fenders. They're similar enough in spec that all the parts but the seatpost will be cross-compatible.

Hi Matt, thanks for offer but that would be too big for me. In any event, the bike is now sold.

FYI, the Ram won’t handle 35mm with fenders. It’s a great bike but it’s in fact one of the reasons that I sold it, for want of more tire clearance.

Oh, I believe I misread some specs on the A.H.H. as being from the Ram, I think. Ah well.

Comrades, I’ve gotten several private inquiries regarding my Rambouillet - pricing, requests for pictures, etc. I’m pretty jammed at work this week and won’t really have the time to get into it until the weekend. At that time I’ll submit a formal FS posting to the list with pictures, potentially included parts, pricing, etc.

Thanks to all who have expressed interest.
