Looks like Panaracer Darts.

Old school 26" MTB tires that they still make.  Traditionally sold as Smoke (rear) and Dart ( front) set.  I run them in my single speed farm rig (not a Riv, old Paramount MTB).

Good grip and pretty lightweight.  Panaracer in house brand quality and price.
