Right now, the file settings.json resides in `~/[RavenDB]/Server/settings.json`. This isn't really bad, but every time a new build comes out, or there is an update, it's an extra step to either copy it back in, or set its values. Wouldn't it make more sense to reside in the root folder alongside the `./start.cmd` and `./start.sh` scripts so that it doesn't get copied over when unzipping a new build? Or are there technical reasons why it needs to reside in the `.[RavenDB]/Server/` folder?
