Hi all,

I'm using rattle log codes to build repeatable clustering. The problem is that when I pass the code over to someone without Rattle, they get errors. Specifically, the errors in the attached image (Error in UseMethod("predict"): no applicable method for 'predict' applied to an opject of class 'kmeans')

Do they need rattle, or is there another package that I've missed in requiring for them to install prior to using the predict() function?

Thank you

Hi Stephen,

The rattle package provides more than just the GUI. You should be able to install the package without every using the rattle GUI and get this additional functionality. The implementation of a predict() function for a kmeans object is one of these extensions.

Graham
