Hi,

 

On some systems, I find I have to accept the RGTK2 as many as 4 times. Have you tried to load separately.

Hi,

 

I am brand new to R and am going through Trever Stephen's tutorial on Kaggle. He instructed us to install and load rattle, but it isn't loading properly, apparently because GTK+ isn't installed properly. When try to load the library, I get a pop-up window asking, "Need GTK+ ?" and giving me a choice to install or not install GTK+. Whichever I chose, the popup doesn't go away.

 

When I install rattle, it says RGtk2 is also being installed, and that they are both installed successfully. But then when I try to load rattle, it says it can't find RGtk2.dll. I have verified that the file is in fact in the folder where it is looking.

 

This is in a 64-bit Windows 10 environment.

 

I copied everything from my console below.

 

Any suggestions?
