Hello and thank you very much to all that contribute to this project!
I downloaded and installed http://rubyforge.org/frs/download.php/76862/railsinstaller-2.2.1.exe

at the end of the installation a prompt opened asking me to type name and email address
after that a public RSA key was displayed and copied to my clipboard.

I am not sure if anything else should have happened or if this is normal, I could not find any documentation and reading about 30 messages on this group did not help either.

I have an app loaded in my Aptana from a github repo

How can I run the app in a browser to test it?
What are all these things in the C:\Sites\todo\ dir?
where do I store the db? can I use something like phpmyadmin or similar in windows?
the prompt said "public_key_location: C:\Users\myuser/.ssh/id_rsa.pub" but it did not save it there. Do I need to save it there?

Thank you very much for your help!
Stefano

Stefano,

If you're new to development, Ruby on Rails may be a bit of a learning curve. Nonetheless, you should be able to find all of that information on either the Ruby on Rails site or from the videos on YouTube.

Good luck!
Evan
