It seems like basic mosfet or transistor component is not available as a drop-in component ? only RLC, opamp and transformer are given.
Am I wrong or did i miss something ?

You're right. Only linear components are available.
I was working on a sort of user defined component so as to be able to distribute a library of predefined components expressed with basic ones. It would have solved your problem.
Unfortunately the project has been interrupted before I released it because I've not been able to find neither developers willing to help nor someone willing to support me with a form of funded development.
Because of this, I don't think such a feature will be available any time soon. I'm sorry.

In this case, how do I continue to perform mosfet related circuit with qsapecng ?

Well, probably you can use a mosfet in its linear region somehow and duplicate the representation whenever you need it.
Otherwise I'm still available for funded development or to lead a team of developers that port QSapecNG to Qt5 and add more and more features at the same time.
Currently I don't have anymore enough free time to work on the project alone, I'm sorry.
