Hello!

I've been trying to get the devkit meshReorder command working inside of Maya 2015 but I am getting constant crashes.

It works fine on seemingly low resolution meshes, but with any mesh that has say.. 10,000k+ vertices, I get a maya crash.

Has anyone else had a similar issues or know how to overcome this?

Compiling using visual studio 2012.

Thanks for your time.
Jake.

Yes there is an issue with the plug-in.  It uses a recursive function where on high resolution meshes, it recurses too much and crashes.  I sent an updated plug-in to Autodesk so it should be fixed in a future release.

Hey Chad,

Ah right I see, it's interesting that this issue made it in, well nice job on that fix and thanks for sending it back to AD. Would it be possible to grab a complied version if you have one lying about? Or the fixed source? No problem if not.

Thanks again,
Jake.

Hello Chad, I've accidentally found this thread, and I've been desperately looking for this plugin compiled for recent maya versions, without success. If you are willing to share this plugin with me on my own resonsibility I'd be more than glad.
Thanks in advance.
