Hi!

I'm used to using Autopano Giga and I'm able to export the stitch without the extra data at the top of frame. In PTgui it doesn't seem to 'crop to the pixels' at the top of frame.

Is there a way to export like this in PTgui so i don't have to manually crop the sky in the export file?

Thank you!APG_PTGUI.JPG

Ash, You can crop any of the sides of the image in the Panorama Editor window:  Left click on the edge of the image frame and drag in a yellow crop bar.

Is there any way to zoom the area when setting the crop bar? It would be nice of one could set the position at some (more or less) exact pixel boundary.

Frank, You can use the Detail Viewer for that.

Frank, Move the magnifying glass on the Panorama Editor window to a place on the edge of the panorama image where you want to drag the crop bar down to.  Then grab the crop bar and drag down to the position you want and as you do this, you will see the cursor position in the Detail Viewer move indicating exactly where the crop line is positioned, though not the yellow bar itself.  When you release the mouse button, the crop will be actioned after a few seconds.  It would be nice to see the yellow bar there too but the above technique may be adequate for your purposes.

Note that this only works as described for V12 with the Detail Viewer in Perspective View mode.  In Zoom mode, the crop isn't applied to the displayed image.  For V11, neither display modes respect the crop.
