I have a 12 image (each image is a bracketed exposure of 9 exposures). However PTGui is splitting the Panoram.
There are several control points thoughtout the panorama including the images that seem to be split.
I'm certain I found the nodel point pretty accurately, and the Optimizer reported very good (see attached).
I sent support the original photos.

Am I doing something wrong?
Is there a limit to the number of images you can have in a Panorama?
Is this a bug in PTGui?

Hi Rowland,

I'm not sure why this happened (your images are still in process of
downloading). But you can fix it easily:

Go to the panorama editor
Hold down the Shift key
Drag the panorama towards the left until it's centered
Press the 'Fit Panorama' button in the Panorama editor

The panorama is not actually split; a 360 degree panorama wraps around,
the left and right hand side are touching each other. So it's still a
continuous image, just with the split in an awkward place.

Kind regards,

Thanks for the reply,
But it's not a 360 deg panorama. it's no more than 180.
I'll shall try what you suggested

Thanks

Wow - that was simple. It worked, if only I had known.
I took a lot of panos that day. and many of them had the same problem. none of them are 360. I only shot one that was a little over 180. and I think all of them "Split".
The split always seemed to happen between image 10 and 11.
Hope that helps.

Many thanks

Could be you have wrong default settings. Do
File -> Reset Default Project Settings
before you start your next project.
