Gene fusion data submission

Hi,

I am trying to use the app "Gene Fusion". When I try to introduce the information of the fusion gene that I want to visualize, there is not a place where introduce it so I can not use the app. Although I can change the reference genome and the position, I can not add the rest of the information.

Good morning, 

When I try to use the Gene Fusion tool I do not find any box to introduce the gene fusion data (gene symbol, chromosome, position...). I have tried two different web browsers and the problem is not solved. I am attaching a screenshot to this mail so that you can better understand my explanation.
