I discovered the ProjectTemplate a few days ago, and I must admit I am very impressed. The tool is really awesome for processing a whole project.
A big thanks to John Myles White.
I am now trying to refine the whole process according to my tests.
Is there a way to avoid the messages , like these one for example (Running preprocessing script: 20-tidy.dataSet.R, processing file: munge/codebook.Rnw) ?

Thank you

Glad you figured it out.  That is a nice little trick :)
