solutions in the back linked to in-context, in html?

I've searched the guide but haven't been able to find an answer.  Then I searched this group and found that what I would like already exists by default for the pdf.

When `<solutions>` are added to the backmatter, I would like to be able to quickly get from an answer in the back to the problem in-context.  In pdf, the type/number is a link back to the problem in context, which is great.  But in html, I don't see how to quickly get to the problem from the answer. When you use automatic lists of theorems or definitions or interactive problems, there is an in-context link which would work for what I want, but I don't see any such link for the answers in the back.

Here's Active Calculus for an example.  https://activecalculus.org/single-alt/activities-answers.html

Is this an oversight or a choice?

Neither. Omission. Un-implemented. It might be worth implementing. You could
make an issue, but you know what that will buy you. Or you could make an issue,
and pester one of the five or so people I can think of who could implement this.

That's a side-effect of the items in the list being knowled. But the link made
there is a good hint for how a similar "in-context" could be formed.

#hint and #solution should get a similar treatment? Or maybe just once
per-exercise with multiple "solution-like"?

I'm not sure this enhancement is worth pestering someone over.  Actually, I'm pretty sure it isn't; I gotta save up my pestering for things that are more important to me.

Still, just for the record, who are the 5 people? :-)

Oh, I misunderstood. It sounded like your original post was asking for an
implementation. You were just curious why it wasn't already available.

They know who they are.

Well, I think it would be good to implement if it's easy enough to do.  But I don't feel strongly enough to bug someone about it.

And now this discussion will be here if someone else goes looking with the same question.

Well, then an issue *is* an even better idea. If someone is looking for a
project, they are likely to find it there.
